Taganrog City Council accepted the resignation of City Manager Andrey Lisitsky

October 15, 2021: during the course of its meeting on October 12, deputies of Taganrog City Council (Duma) accepted the resignation of city manager Andrey Lisitsky, who decided to step down. In his address, Andrey Lisitsky thanked the deputies of the local Duma, representatives of the local community and mass media for five years of cooperation.

It is to be recalled that in February 2016 Andrey Lisitsky took the position of the acting first deputy mayor of Taganrog, and October 28, 2016 was appointed City Manager of Taganrog. On September 18, 2019 he was re-endorsed as Taganrog City Manager for another five-year term.

Until the post is vacant, deputy city manager Roman Koryakin has been appointed acting city manager of Taganrog since October 13, 2021.
