May 27, 2025: the 2025 All-Russian Junior Canoe Championships took place in the city of Krasnodar on May 23-28. Over 450 athletes from 43 regions of Russia were competing at such distances as 200 meters, 500 meters, and 1000 meters.

Trainee of Taganrog's Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve No. 3 Olesya Kozeyeva won two gold medals in women's U24 kayak single - at the distances of 500 meters and 1000 meters.


As one of the winners, Olesya Kozeyeva will be selected to enter the international competitions in Portugal (World Cup) and Romania (European Cup) as a part of the Russia national team.
