January 24, 2006 - representatives of TMK (Pipe Metallurgical Company) visited Libya with delegation of Russian producers of oil and gas equipment who visited the Arab Jamahiriya in January 17-19, 2006.
During their stay in Libya's capital, Tripoli, Russian delegates presented activities and products of Russian manufacturers, their production and scientific potential, and held a conference on mutual cooperation in oil and gas industry.
TMK's representatives visited several state and transnational companies that are involved into oil sector of Libyan economy, including National Oil Corporation, Agip Oil Company, Total Libya (C.P.T.L.), Petro-Canada, Weatherford and other. The talks and negotiations were aimed at the extension of TMK's interaction with Libyan consumers of tube products and further development in this direction.
