May 24, 2009: A delegation of German citizens members of the organization Das Forum Russische Kultur Gütersloh led by Forum's Chairman Mr. Franz Kiesl came on a one-week visit to Taganrog and Rostov Oblast. The delegation was received at the City Hall by Foreign Relations Officer Alexander Mirgorodski, Honorary Citizen of Taganrog Avenir Dotsenko, City Counselor Yelena Sirota, Vice-President of the Taganrog Management and Economics College (International Relations Officer) Ludmila Sveshnikova and Chair of the German language and literature department at Taganrog Teachers' College Professor Galina Polenova.
