Krasny Kotelshchik of the "EnergoMashinostroitelny Alliance" (PJSC "EMAlliance") group brought into operation a new bending machine manufactured by AMOB MÁQUINAS FERRAMENTAS, S.A. The Portuguese company is the world's leading manufacturer of CNC tube & pipe benders, section benders, roll forming lines, hydraulic presses and customized solutions for the metal-working industry.
The new equipment will be used for tubes and pipes tight radius bending, improving the Taganrog-based factory's technology options, replacing older benders. This modernization step is meant to reduce production costs and broaden the company's range of products. The new machine allows producing complex bent heating surface elements for both waste-heat boilers and traditional steam boilers, offering additional advantages, such as automatic CNC spatial pipe bending and R=1D pipe bending.
