Historically Taganrog's heat supply network has been forming along the low-rent housing formerly owned by large industrial enterprises. Up to date the heat generating units belonging to factories are the main providers of heat.
After the meeting, representatives of EDF went visiting several heat generating units owned by the second-largest company TaganrogEnergo.
The two sides will be summerizing the information and will meet again to exchange their views on modernization of Taganrog's heat supply system.
