November 25, 2005 - The 11th International "Metal-Expo 2005" Specialized Exhibition, one of the largest exhibition events in the metallurgical sector of the CIS and Eastern Europe, was held in Moscow from November 15 - 18, 2005. Over 750 black and colored metallurgical companies from 45 countries participated.
TMK (Pipe Metallurgical Company) continued its traditional role as an active participant in the "Metal-Expo" exhibition. This year, the company was represented by a large exhibit stand, where, throughout the entire exhibition, a large group of specialists from the sales and marketing divisions of Pipe Metallurgical Company and all of its subsidiaries worked tirelessly, conducting negotiations with existing and potential partners of TMK.
Among the exhibition's events was the ceremonial awarding of certificates to official dealers of TMK for 2006 - including 65 leading metallurgical companies in Russia and abroad, including companies from the Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
TMK (Pipe Metallurgical Company) also took part in a multitude of contests that took place during the exhibition. As a result of these contests, the company was awarded a diploma "For the Professional Presentation of Products and Services" and won the cup for Best Exhibit at the "Metal-Expo 2005" Exhibition. TMK's presentational film was awarded a diploma for the "Best Graphics" nomination, and also found worthy of a diploma in the "Grand Prix" contest for the best video production in the metallurgical sector of Russia and the CIS, entitled "Metal-Vision 2005."
