June 9, 2021: Rostov Oblast Government is planning to relax COVID-19 restrictions for theatres, philharmonics and community centers. According to the regional chief sanitary inspector Yevgeny Kovalyov, sanitary inspections in theatres have not revealed any serious improprieties.
"We have conducted some unofficial surveys, which proved that all spectators were wearing face masks. Besides, no "sites of infection" have been registered in cultural institutions", Yevgeny Kovalyov said.

since summer 2020. Later the maximum allowable capacity of theatres and cinemas
