March 1, 2022: Rostov Oblast Government rolled back some of
COVID-19 restrictions. In particular, regular medical treatment has been mostly enabled. A ban on sports activities with spectators has also been lifted, while wearing face masks is still obligatory. Indoors activities, such as exhibitions, concerts, educational events etc., are permitted. The same goes for stages and dance floors on the premises of food courts.
Places of public catering are now unlimited. Any recreational activities can be held from 6 AM to 11 PM. The maximum capacity for cinema and concert halls has been increased to 75 per cent, for Rostov Arena Stadium - 50 per cent.
In addition it is now permitted to submit antibodies verification documents instead of certificates of vaccination or recovering from COVID-19.
As of March 1, 228627 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 188750 people have already recovered.
