May 28, 2021: two additional medical units, specializing in COVID-19 vaccinations, have been established in Taganrog. The first one works on the premises of the Counselling and diagnostic centre (Ulitsa Dzerzhinskogo, 156) on weekdays from 8AM to 11AM. The latter is located at Central market, working on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8AM to 12PM.

Earlier Rostov Oblast Minister of Health Yuri Kobzev declared that no complications from COVID-19 vaccinations had been registered in the region.

As of May 28, 93473 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 83633 persons have already recovered.
