May 30, 2022: Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev signed a regulation on rolling back some of COVID-19 restrictions due to improved epidemiological situation.
In particular, places of public catering may work at night. Night time activities are permitted as well.
Wearing face masks is no longer mandatory at markets, stadiums, public transport stops, in public places and playgrounds. However, this mitigation does not apply to railway stations, bus terminals, shops, drugstores and local government buildings.
As of May 30, 2022 376371 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 364262 people have already recovered.
