November 29, 2021: in accordance with Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev's regulation, some of anti-COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
In particular, the list of papers granting access to various public places and medical institutions was extended. They are now accessible for people who have contraindications to vaccination, who have a corresponding certificate and a negative PCR test.
One of three documents - a certificate of vaccination, a certificate of recovering from COVID-19 or a certificate of contraindications plus a negative PCR test - must be submitted to attend weddings. The number of participants in such ceremonies is no longer limited. People who have contraindications to vaccination are not restricted to shelter in place.
Furthermore, children under 18 do not need a PCR test to visit bathhouses, saunas, and sports events, including those taking place at Rostov Arena stadium. Operation of Christmas tree fairs will also be permitted starting next week.
As of November 29, 174236 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Rostov Oblast, and 148755 people have already recovered.
