June 30, 2022: international finswimming competitions in the city of Saint-Petersburg, Russia brought together about 200 athletes from 6 countries (Russia, Belarus, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan). Athletes from Taganrog made a great contribution into medal count for Team Russia.
The winners from Taganrog are:
Ksenia Saprykina (Taganrog Specialized School No. 13 for Olympic trainees), coached by Igor Saprykin - ranked number one in 50 m sport diving and third in 200 m finswimming among female juniors of 14-17;
Artem Ignatov (Taganrog Specialized School No.13 for Olympic trainees), coached by Olga Zadorozhnaya - ranked number one in 200 m finswimming and second in 100 m finswimming among male juniors of 14-17;
Yevgeniya Yedalova (Taganrog Specialized School No.2), coached by Yuri Zadorozhny - ranked third in 100 m finswimming among female juniors of 14-17.
