April 24, 2018: in April 2017 a Debrecen University's delegation led by Dr. Angelika Molnár visited the Taganrog Chekhov Teachers College.


April 9-14, 2018 a delegation led by professor Victoria Kondratieva from Taganrog returned the visit to the partner institution in Hungary and participated in the international research seminar for students and university lecturers. Within a few days, students and teachers from Taganrog represented the Rostov State University of Economics at several scientific initiatives in Debrecen: roundtable discussion "What do we know about each other?", lecture "Russian writer Anton Chekhov" by professor Marina Larionova, lecture "Representation of the country estate in the works of Ivan Turgenev and Anton Chekhov" by professor Victoria Kondratieva, scientific seminar "Russian and Hungarian poets mystifiers".

Within the framework of the visit, delegation from Taganrog signed a partnership agreement with the Institute of Slavic Studies at Debrecen University.
