October 8, 2014: young windsurfers representing Taganrog-based Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No.3 won 6 medals at Black Sea Cup 2014 - The All-Russia Windsurfing Championship, which was held in downtown Anapa, in the Sea of Azov.

Among gold medalists are: Alexander Stepachkov (boys, class RS:X 8.5), Konstantin Morozov (boys, class Techno T293 6.8) and Anastasia Stepachkova (girls, class Techno T293 6.8). Silver medals won by Nanjing Youth Olympic Games champion Maxim Tokarev (boys, class RS:X 8.5), Yekaterina Malyshenko (girls, class Techno T293 6.8) and Anna Khvorikova (girls, class RS:X 8.5).

Five young athletes from Taganrog were included into Team Russia: Alexander and Anastasia Stepachkovs, Maxim Tokarev, Yekaterina Malyshenko and Anna Khvorikova.
