December 20, 2022: the 4th project investment meeting entitled "SFedU Exponent" took place on the premises of Taganrog campus of Southern Federal University.

The event was aimed at both discovering attractive engineering and IT projects that would potentially provide an increase in high-tech jobs in the area and facilitate the implementation of these projects.


Among the speakers addressing to the participants of the meeting were Director of Southern Federal University's Taganrog College of Technology Gennady Vesyolov, Taganrog Deputy City Manager for Project Activities and Tourism Alexey Sanin, Counselor to Rostov Oblast Governor and "New Space" Aerospace Corporation's CEO Anton Alekseev.

In the framework of the pitch, representatives of would-be investors listened to 11 applicants from Taganrog, Rostov-on-Don, Novokuznetsk and Stavropol. Activities of the presented startups varied from the gamification of supplementary schools to accidents prediction system for coal mines. Following the results of the pitch, the expert jury awarded the participants with money certificates.

"SFedU Exponent" was supported by such large companies as Oggetto Web, Russian Railways, Skolkovo Innovation Center, Umbrella-IT, Dunice, Center-Invest Commercial Bank, Rostelecom, and many more.
