February 6, 2021: international congress of the Rostov regional patriotic public movement "Roads of Glory - Our History" took place yesterday at the Peoples' Museum of Military History "Sambek Heights". Compatriots from Serbia, Armenia, Abkhazia, Spain, Latvia, and Cuba took place in the event in online mode.

The project "Roads of Glory - Our History" is aimed to ensure the development of patriotism as a national idea, to educate the youth of the Don region, and to prevent any domestic or foreign attempts to falsify history of the Great Patriotic War.

Over the years of the project's implementation, its members have already visited many regions of Russia, as well as Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia. The members gave patriotic concerts, communicated with foreign youths, and expressed the importance of preservation of the historical memory.

There are some activities of "Roads of Glory - Our History" scheduled to be held in 2021: patriotic events "Russian Soldier Is a Peacekeeper" and "Package of Peace"; a series of video conferences with Russian compatriots abroad; the 3rd International Patriotic Forum "Generations of Peacekeeping in the Historical Memory of Russia"; motor rally across Hero Cities, Cities of Military Glory, and major battlefields of the Great Patriotic War.
