October 18, 2024: an agreement between the cities of the Black Sea and the Azov Sea areas was signed yesterday at Zaryadye Concert Hall, Moscow. The agreement was concluded during the closing ceremony of the training course entitled "The Hospitability Industry as a Driver of Urban and Regional Development," which was organized by VEB.RF and the school of management Skolkovo. The signed document will result in the implementation of the new tour itinerary "Sailboat Constellation".

It groups the following cities: consists of the following cities: Berdiansk, Donetsk, Genichesk, Mangush, Mariupol, Novoazovsk, Taganrog, Yeisk.

A video address from Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Tourism, Sport, Culture and Communications Dmitry Chernyshenko was shown at the ceremony. He noted that such training courses help "transform cities and increase their tourist attractiveness."

"I wish you to fully put your initiatives into practice... And together we will keep on making it possible for both Russians and foreign visitors to travel around our beautiful country, around Russia, more and more affordable, comfortable, and safe," said Dmitry Chernyshenko.
"The agreement between the cities of the Azov Sea areas will not only provide for an exchange of experience, but will also facilitate the development of new modern tourism services and create conditions for increasing the investment attractiveness of the areas," wrote Taganrog City Executive Svetlana Kambulova in her Telegram channel.
