September 5, 2025: the All-Russian Luch Sailing Championships took place in the city of Volgodonsk, Rostov Oblast on August 25-31. About 200 athletes from 19 regions were competing in the Luch, the Luch Mini, and the Luch Radial categories.


Trainees of Taganrog sports schools performed well in the competition. Yaroslav Nikushin became the under-21 champion in the Luch category. Moreover, Vadim Poberezhny and Alexey Alexeyev got bronze medals in the under-19 Luch Radial and Luch Mini categories correspondingly.
