June 3, 2026: an exhibition of children's drawings dedicated to the great Russian poet, playwright, and novelist Alexander Pushkin has opened with a ceremony at the Russian House in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina as part of a presentation of the economic, tourist, and cultural potential of Rostov Oblast. The exhibition, which featured 24 works by young artists, is timed to coincide with the upcoming birthday of the writer.

All of the featured illustrations to Pushkin's works were created by students of the Taganrog Blonskaya Art School.

Argentina is far from the first international venue for showcasing the talent of young artists of Taganrog. A year earlier, in 2025, exhibitions of the students of the Taganrog Blonskaya Art School, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, were successfully held in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, and in Béziers, France.
