June 19, 2026: a series of photo exhibitions entitled "Memory of the Great Patriotic War in Countries Worldwide" has been launched today. It is a joint project between Department for Tourism and Foreign Relations of Taganrog Local Government and the Taganrog Chekhov Public Library.

The first exhibition is hosted by the branch library #10 (Ulitsa Teatralnaya, 6). The photographs were provided by enthusiasts from Belarus, Côte d'Ivoire, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Qatar, and Venezuela.

The opening ceremony brought together not only library staff and municipal officers, but also wards of the city's Social Shelter for Children and Teenagers, with which the branch library #10 cooperates.

The exhibition will be on display until July 20. Admission is free.
